That's so relatable. I walk so much since I hace moved to London. I guess it's also because of the infrastructure and design of the cities which makes them walkable.

However, it's more of an observation on the culture of a society. Not everyone can become slim just because they add walks in their lifestyle. I walk around 10k steps on a daily basis, to uni, super markets, etc but haven't lost any weight.

Also, the title encourages the philosophy of being slim and rather could have been more about being fit.
